Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted for the following reason's - 

  • Item is defective or not in the condition as pictured or described 
  • Wrong item has been sent out i.e. wrong size, colour ect  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping will be covered by the buyer with the recommendation of having it tracked or signed for.
To start the return or enquire about one email us at Items being sent back which have not been requested will not be accepted.  

Damages / Issues

Items that do not fit will not be eligible for a refund please know your shoe size and look in our descriptions for any sizing guide's and measurements. 

Buying any shoes or items manufactured before 2016 are to be used / purchased at the buyers own risk. We are not able to accept returns on pre owned items but if you have any concerns please contact us.

If any item has damage which has not been stated or shown in the pictures please contact us at 

We cannot accept any refunds on sale items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
